Molten Meditation is a simple concept. Ambient chilled music played by Robin Vincent to relax the soul and soothe the mind. Words of scripture are then read over the music every so often with lots of space in the tracks. This time round there is some vocals from Hannah Claire Cameron in the mix. Each meditation lasts between 10-15 minutes.
Molten meditation suggest the following uses: Absorb it over breakfast - a great way to start your day. Download to your ipod or phone and plug yourself in on the way to work, riding a bus or taking a stroll. Take a break - 10 minutes of peace. Relax at the end of the day and listen in the bath. use it as part of your worship. Use it in a group as an aid to contemplative prayer.
